May 14, 2024

The project consisted of a full internal and external refurbishment of the Myrtleford Savoy Soccer Club.

Joss Facility Management worked closely with the Alpine Shire and Soccer Club to deliver a quality project which consisted firstly of a full internal demolition of 95% of all existing walls, fittings and fixtures.

From there, there was a full internal refurbishment which included a new Kitchen equipped with the latest ovens, cook tops, fryers and dishwasher.

There was also new changerooms and amenities for the Senior and Junior teams along with the same for the Umpires. There is also a new function space which can be opened up using the new Lotus Bifold Door. They also received a full Mechanical upgrade which will allow heating and cooling to all parts of the refurbished building.

On top of the internal refurbishment we also completed an extensive amount of work externally which also consisted of a full external paint including the roof.

The perimeter of the building received all new concrete under the existing veranda with new paths to access external rooms. We also installed feature Iron Ash timber panelling and seating to match in along with a new block wall which was cladded with natural Ledgestone which really adds to the ascetics of the building. We also constructed a new shed to provide extra storage for their equipment.
